Nucleus CRM
A multi-tenant CRM platform for small and mid-sized businesses, built and operated by SJ3 Labs.
Nucleus is a working CRM platform rather than a prototype: a locked core handles tenants, users, roles, and data, while each workspace turns capabilities on or off as feature packs. Six packs are built — Sales, Marketing, Support, Quotes & Invoicing, Projects, and Scheduling — and per-client integrations attach on top without forking the product.

Group Travel Booking Workflow

A group travel agency was coordinating trip bookings through phone calls, email threads, and hand-maintained spreadsheets. SJ3 Consulting built an end-to-end booking workflow: online trip intake, passport collection, Square payment, automated confirmation emails, and a per-trip Excel manifest maintained in SharePoint.
The demo below is an anonymized rebuild of the client system. Agency name, contact details, and trip codes are fictional; the workflow is real.

Context
Business Builder is a digital business launch and documentation platform developed inside SJ3 Labs to support the process of taking a loosely defined business idea and converting it into structured plans, starter materials, and operational workflows.
Problem
When starting a new business or initiative, the information needed to make decisions is scattered across browser tabs, notes, conversations, and templates. There was no unified system for moving from idea to structured execution.
Approach
An application that guides users through structured intake, generates foundational documentation, and provides a dashboard for managing the launch process. The system captures decisions, produces deliverables, and maintains a record of what was defined.

Command Center
Context
Command Center is an operational dashboard developed within SJ3 Labs to manage approvals, monitor system health, control automated workflows, track activity, and provide a single interface for managing distributed operations.
Problem
As automated workflows and distributed systems increased, there was no single place to monitor health, approve actions, review activity logs, or manage operational state. Each function lived in a separate interface.

A unified dashboard that aggregates system status, provides approval workflows, logs activity, and offers controlled actions for managing automated processes from one location.

ContractorOps
Context
ContractorOps is a local-first self-employment management system developed inside SJ3 Labs for tracking income, expenses, receipts, tax reserves, exports, and the operational details of independent contracting.
Problem
Self-employment generates financial and operational records that are easy to neglect until tax time. Spreadsheets work but lack structure, and most accounting tools are built for businesses rather than individual contractors.
Approach
A local-first application that tracks income and expenses, stores receipts, calculates tax reserves, and generates export-ready records. Data stays on the user's machine with no cloud dependency for core functions.

MarketOps
Context
MarketOps is an internal research and development effort inside SJ3 Labs, exploring how scheduled data collection, explicitly defined risk rules, and paper-trade simulation fit together in a single system. It is in development and is not a product.
Problem
Research of this kind usually sprawls across disconnected tools held together by manual steps. There was no single internal environment for testing how a defined, rule-driven process would behave end to end.
Approach
A work-in-progress harness that coordinates scheduled data collection, applies defined risk rules, and simulates paper trades so the process can be examined as one system. The signal logic and its feedback loop are still being built.
